We accept returns, refunds, or exchanges only if the request is made within 7 days of the purchase date. Any request made after this period will not be eligible. Additionally, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Products with opened packaging are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstance.

Returns

We gladly accept returns within 7 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed and the amount (excluding delivery charges and payment commission) will be returned to the bank account you provided in the refund inquiry within 14 days. Refunds will not cover payment commission or delivery fees.

Exchanges

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
